Watching DART.2 in action
In the second iteration of DART (Drug Acutely Restricted by Tethering), Michael Tadross and his team developed an optimized drug capture system that allows target cells to capture drugs at concentrations up to 3,000 times higher than anywhere else in the brain in just 15 minutes.

Wow Valence Robotics is so cool!!
I love Valence Robotics it’s very cool
Felicitaciones joanita por tus logros
Congrats to you all!
Congrats
This is a great story of how engineering can help the world. I resonated with the message that, in struggle, comes meaning and purpose. Brava Sarah! Best of luck to you as you change the world!
It’s pretty boring to look at. A lesson in learning. Wow!
Cool way to explain in essentially "layman's terms" the important work being done by Lee Ferguson's lab! Who doesn't love LEGOs?!
Great work!
Thank you, this will help me in my studies into sacred geometry.
I don’t know if you’re the right people to ask but is duke ever going to add more engineering majors such as aerospace or aeronautics?
Hello! Great question. Yes, you can study Aerospace Engineering at Duke! Mechanical Engineering majors can strive for our Undergraduate Certificate in Aerospace Engineering -- the curriculum is attuned to modern industry needs, and includes training in fundamental principles of Aerodynamics, Thermodynamics, Propulsion, and more. In addition to course work, Duke Aerospace Engineering students are eligible to conduct authentic research under the supervision of a faculty researcher. Here's a link: mems.duke.edu/undergrad/degrees/certificates/aerospace-engineering Also, don't forget our customizable interdisciplinary major, called IDEAS -- you'll work with your Advising Team to design your own major. You can also pick a pre-approved curriculum -- Learn more about our pre-approved new IDEAS major in Risk, Data & Financial Engineering, all our other majors (and minors, too!) at: pratt.duke.edu/academics/undergrad/majors-minors/
Did you write a paper on this?
Just came across this and I must say it is very informative. Learned a lot in this lecture
WOWZA!!?!??!!?!?
Is true monoatomic gold a thing? Like single atom gold particles? Very interested in aquiring some
Did you get some?
I dont have autisim but im into this
Worthless chemical demo with no details
Weird they don't even mention the book he wrote about it "Design in Nature". The book absolutely rocked my world and connected a bunch of different subjects together for me and changed how I look at the world and 'design' in general. I like to use it in permaculture design and thinking of ways to maximize photosynthesis. The Constructal Law is a scientific principle in physics that states that the flow of a system will naturally evolve towards configurations that allow easier and more efficient flow. This principle applies to a wide range of systems, including physical, biological, and social systems, and explains the emergence of patterns and structures that promote flow, such as the design of rivers, animal bodies, and transportation networks. The Constructal Law provides a framework for understanding the design and evolution of natural and man-made systems. Some examples of the constructal law in action include: River delta formations, where the flow of a river organizes itself into a branching pattern that maximizes access to the available area and minimizes resistance to flow. Animal and plant respiratory systems, which evolve to increase the surface area available for exchange of gases, while reducing the resistance to flow. Transportation systems, such as roads, railways, and airways, which organize themselves to minimize transport time and maximize accessibility to resources. Heat transfer systems, such as cooling systems in power plants, which evolve to minimize heat transfer resistance and maximize heat dissipation.
Rather than destroy it into elemental state, could we not sanitize it / make it biosafe, and preserve some fertilizer value? And how, in the long term, will this become a sustainable business model ? People living in these conditions have no wealth to expend on such sophisticated processing. You need to bring some economic thought into your team so when the govt money and grant funds run out, a viable self sustaining technological solution is established.
The first toy thing I used to play with all the time as a little child. But when it got loud in the video it threw me off guard- It scared the living heck out of me 😅
Wow! I m fascinated by this construtal law. I sée it everywhere. And thé hierarical configuration seems to give me a deep undrestanding of thé second law of thermodynamics and others mysrerious principles like Pareto...
This video does a good job explaining what reflux is… but doesn’t at all explain how the nanoparticles formed… what gold salt is being used and what reducing agent? And in what concentrations
Most prolly they are using tetrachloroauric acid with trisodium citrate as reducing agent
Most Autistic people don’t like eye contact so WHY DO U CHOOSE TO STARE IN THE CAMERA LIKE THATTTT

A combination of a positive force and a negative force being acted upon by a third force that automatically acts to mediate/reconcile... maintaining a system in a corresponding and balanced state. ( aka George Gurdjieff's Law of Three)
Wow! This Anuj guy must be a genious!
I'm very obsessed about this law.
i came here from pursuing "wealth inequality" (always an exponential distribution) to constructal law!
My forever inspiration Sir Dowell and my dream of entering the Pratt of Engineering to inspire others is something i pray to God everyday. Hope I'm given this opportunity.
Wow, impressive great work.
Amazing!!!
Great video!
Would a gyroscope of some sort help with stabilization and possible steering?
The rodent problem maybe caused by heat. I've heard other electricians hypothesize that electrical wires generate heat and rodents misinterpret this as a food source. Just a guess.
Missy Cummings displays & advocates violence on her social media pages which is embarrassing for Duke University.
Good job! it is awesome.
I bought IonQ shares. IonQ is the next NVIDIA.
Very good arrangements made in the ceremony. Shyam Krishna Ravi my grandchildren graduated at Duke University. I am very happy to see him in the University background while receiving MASTER OF ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT. Congratulations and Appreciation to all MASTERS who have graduated him . I also thank all his friends who cooperated with him to get successful study. I thank his parents and relatives for their support and praying for him. I pray God and meditate for further progress in life and service to humanity and environment. BEST WISHES 🌷. AGRI. G.SOUNDARAM 🙏🌷🌳🌹🧘♂️
That's my brother right there, Tushnik Goswami, giving the speech ❤️ So proud of him! Congratulations on the degree, and best of luck for all that lies ahead ❤️
That's a magnificent episode I would love to say you are amazing...may I ask you if I need to make 25 ppm by electro plating silver .I will have agglomeration after 2_ 3 hours any advice to avoid that. Thanks in advance
Colloidal Gold and silver very simple process the reducing agent can be Diluted KARO syrup ..👍🏼
Is there any others that could be used besides KARO?I have a vast amount of breakthrough information on some unrelated research except for this 🙏
Also ,won't you agree she has very little knowledge in alchemic practice ?

I love it. Maybe not awesome that the students weren't wearing appropriate PPE? Typical engineers. LOL
Hi! This video was filmed in 2017. During the pandemic, students built tabletop versions of the tensegrity towers at home and shared them over Zoom!
@@dukeengineering I thought they meant helmets 😂 awesome project! ❤️
@@Zak-47 Yeah me too right after that little scream clip. Was kinda expecting the professor to be "They even learned why it's always important to wear protective equipment. Like a helmet and eye protection."
